We are able to get within a few feet of the action and of capturing the highest resolution still and motion video images to meet a variety of client needs. We are always testing new equipment and imagery techniques to provide the most aesthetic and immersive results. We evoke emotion through our videos, paired with the perfect background music.
Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) otherwise known as drones, are an emerging technology that is growing exponentially. They dramatically change the way we think about film and photography, allowing for the capture of completely new perspectives.
With growth comes greater responsibility and respect. Le Firmament operates well within the limits of safety and will respect privacy of others.
We work with all businesses and individuals wishing to enhance their products, services, activities and identity. We can also make corporate and private events everlasting memories. We can survey installations, acreage and building sites, from strategic vantage points and in a safer and more efficient way.
Safety is paramount. We operate within the regulator's guidelines to maintain safe flight operations. Le Firmament holds approval RPA-09 from the Mauritius Department of Civil Aviation.
Each imagery project is unique; we develop customized proposals and quotes which take into account individual needs.

IMAGERY AT YOUR
SERVICE

A successful photograph requires technical mastery of the camera's controls of exposure, sensitivity and depth of field. Conventionally, the camera is handheld or mounted on a tripod. With visualisation, comes a feel for what the final image will look like after development or grading. With a craftful combination of these elements of photography, the photographer can convey an interpretation of reality that is emotionally expressive and immersive. He may, conversely and at choice, decide to convey a more literal and informational representation of the subject in technical applications of surveying and modelling.
In aerial photography and videography, all such techniques need to be tamed before using a drone which is essentially a device capable of projecting a camera in space and time. These added dimensions need to be controlled while conjunctively controlling the camera. The mastery of these techniques is what sets apart casual drone flying from true aerial photographic artistry which is our proposal.
